Hello David,
I'm indebted to you for just taking the time to answer. Presently I'm working on a small detail of an upcoming AVRO Vulcan for a PC-based flightsim, it's a privilege to exchange with you.
Previously I created 'fresh' copies of the form by convering scans of the original to EXCEL and then PDF.
Any further link to the trading chap would be greatly appreciated. No rush though.
I'll have another go at the forms.
