WWV is audible again (here)

Hello!
Recently I noticed that the WWV station is audible again here at 60°N 30°E, mostly I could here its' signal on 15000kHz around 15:30UTC. Today I was surprised to be able hear them on 10000kHz at 11:27UTC. There was a female voice and their characteristic "...ding-ding-ding-announcement-beep-dong-dong-dong..." pattern alternating the "dings" and the "dongs" every minute.
What did they decide finally? Are they back or will they go down any time soon?
