If you have the equipment, few do. I put a Micrologic Loran receiver in my Cessna 150 in 1982, big as a breadbox and duct taped on top of the instrument panel. Years later they started producing aviation Loran recievers. All gone now, just GPS and VOR (and they are being eliminated.
