Thank you all for the information on Weir's diagram. I had searched Google but had not found much so all of the links and web sights helped me find what I wanted. I looked at theNavList discussion on longhand sight reduction and found a diagram. I also found a discussion on George Bennett's book that made refrence to a Weir diagram - I will try to find his book to buy.
Thanks again to all. FWIW the "T" key is real close to the "R" key. Ha Ha.
