While sailing at 10 nauts/hr with nought ocean currents, how many knots would one be making?

Back in 2016, Frank was asking us all for a name for 60 nautical miles. Some people suggested "naut". Perhaps - in order to distinguish it from the single mile - we should combine two of Dave's favorite archaic words: "astro-naut". ;)
