The Davis is a very big pain to get good shots with. I have to 0 out the IC every couple minutes. It seems that even with a constant temprature it's a bit of work but I got mine for $30.00 U.S.From a friend of mine I've known for over 30 yrs at a marine store, used. I'm not sure I'd want to count on it at sea navigating atolls in the South Pacific. The fella from Emerald Steel does a noon site every day (while underway) with a MK25. Thank You Frank That makes life a lot simpler and will leave more change for fishing lures and hooks so we can eat.
