As others have pointed out, this is likely a Fuller slide rule.
I’ve included some pages from a 1919 Dietzgen catalog of engineering and surveying instruments. No price list available.
It’s interesting that the other slide rules offered were none of the biggest names from the 1960’s.
I see Phillips, Multiplex, Mannheim, Union, and Thatcher & Scofield( in photo). Later Thatcher rules were cylindrical but this one is 24” long with multiple slides.
