A little more info.  The outer ring is marked “CEL POLE” and LAT in black and ARC in red.  The small ring is marked “LHA” with E+ and W-.  I have a scope marked “DAY” and one marked “NIGHT” but I cannot see light through the DAY scope.  The night scope does have cross hairs.  And I have no way of knowing if the scopes are original to the rest.

And the only marks I can see are on the brass lens covers/mirrors that apparently point down.  The lenses are “bulls eye” marked with a ball bearing free rolling in the socket.  There are bearing-sized notches in the perimeter of the piece, but no central indentation.  On the top of the cover/mirror is 44A9555 which I googled and corresponds with a US Airforce part number for a “mirror assembly/flashlight”.  And I understand METLGLAS manufactured various pieces and parts for the military.

I am attaching additional images as well.  Thanks all.
