According to my spreadsheet:
2021, December 21st 15:59:25 UT1
GHA: 60°17'41" = longitude: 60°17'41" W
Dec.: 23°26'15" S
Actually, it appears to be somewhere between 25 and 26 seconds. But that's splitting hairs, really. At 25 seconds the geocentric longitude is given as: 269°59'59.982"
The location of the sub-solar point seems to be in the middle of some kind of farm about 12 NM east of a place called Estancia Zunilda, Paraguay.

Sean C.
