Frank. I think I can have a go at this. Apologies if I’ve blundered this.
1. I see the exact time of noon at solstice for my locations as 11.47
2. Declination on Solstice should be -23.4
3..GHA at that hour shows 345.27.8
4. And, the predicted altitude of the noon sun at my location is 87.5
