Actually, it appears to be somewhere between 25 and 26 seconds. But that's splitting hairs, really. At 25 seconds the geocentric longitude is given as: 269°59'59.982"
The location of the sub-solar point seems to be in the middle of some kind of farm about 12 NM east of a place called Estancia Zunilda, Paraguay.
