Bing identifies this picture as The Feathers which is at 47 N 120 W.
Polaris must be to the right of this picture and above the horizon out or the picture.
The 45 degree angle, that has been noted, tells us we are looking west from N about the same number of degrees as polaris is above the height of the ridgeline.
