Igor, I have the current (2020) "non-commercial" edition of the Nautical Almanac, supplied by the US Government Publishing Office, with the distinctive bright orange covers. It still includes a loose sheet, which is white and printed on thicker stock. One side has Altitude correction tables for sun, stars, and planets (10-90 degrees). The opposite side is labeled Index to selected stars, 2020.
