Tony,
Given that hav(x) = hav(-x) there is no need for negative angle table.
Further if concerned about size & given that 1 - hav(x) = hav( 180 - x) there is no need for table for x > 90.
I would also also reconsider the suggestion of multiplying the entries with few than 4 significant digits by a power of ten. They could be coded with background colors to tell what power of ten that region of the table represents.
