Dear Herman, you asked what is the practical difference.
With all due respect I must say frankly - that table looks ugly, at least - to my liking. Also it is difficult to use for angles larger than 180°.
As Greg reminds - I will try to find the way to re-create the Z diagram to include it into the booklet along with the long-term Sun table.
