Assuming it's above the 30°W meridian then based on the position of δ Capricorni I make it around 11h45m GST.
Nice problem although the direction of the illumination is pretty unnerving.
As a follow up; at what distance (in Earth radii) from the centre of the Earth was the picture taken? This is a calculation of dip.
