Francis,
Celestial nav is the dessert of a good meal.
You need the main course to survive this living business but one can savour Celestial Nav as one should a fine dessert.
Some diets dictate it be discarded for a time but it should never be forgotten.
Some posters would replace the dessert with a fine wine as is their wont. All the same, it is part of the whole.
