This more or less dovetails into an ongoing discussion on the future of cel nav.
Some time ago on this list, enquiries were made with respect to the fate of the Navigation Foundation and the whereabouts of Captain Terry Carraway. The answers to both can be found here. Glad to see that Capt. Carraway is still with us and still engaged in the world of navigation.
