TC 96.2d since our last DR(38d 55.8'N  5d 40.1'E) @ 03-22-00 GMT.

We take a Meridian Passage SR on 12/05/96, 11-17-16 GMT, at
DR(38d 35.0'N  09d 45.7'E), with an altitude of the Sun LL(69d 28.3').

3)   What is the latitude by the Sun's meridian passage?

Using our  LAN latitude and DR Lon we decide to alter
course and head for our landfall in Egypt.
 
4)  From our Noon position what is the TC and Dist to
    Masabb Dumyat(31d 30.1.N  31d 50.0'E).

5)  At a speed of 7.5 Kts how many days is it to Masabb Dumyat?

The wind shifts to 15 Kts from 305d. The current shown on
our Mediterranean Pilot Chart is 0.5 Kts set @ 165d. There
are scatterings of White horses on the waves. Var 2dW,
Dev 4dE.

6)  What is our CC and expected SMG toward Egypt?

hh-mm-ss in UTC/GMT. Silicon Sea is a medium displacement sailing vessel, 40
Feet LOA. 38 Feet LWL; Cutter rigged. Looks a lot like a Mason. Can tack to
45d.
