on 10/06/1996 @ 18:25:09ZT, as our departure point we enter the Red Sea. Our
TC is 126.4. Var0d, Dev4dE. Wind 310 at Force 4. Current 5Kts set 177d.
Speed 9 Kts. We sail on, avoiding ship traffic.

We see that this course is setting us close to the reefs on the Saudi Arabian
side. We plot a course to a point at (22d 00.0'N  37d 30.0'E).

3)  What is the TC and Distance to this point?
    What is the CC?
    Using the established SMG what is the Estimated Date & ZT of arrival
     at this point?

On our arrival at the Q3 point(22d 00.0'N  37d 30.0'E) we set
a new course to a point(16d 42.0'N  41d 00.0'E). This will bring us
between the islands and reefs off the coast's of Yemen and Ethiopia.

    What is the ETA and Date?

Because these are dangerous coasts we keep an extra watch. And Sail
on waiting for daylight.

Bar el-Mandeb Island(12d 38.1'N  43d 27.5'E), lies at the mouth of
the Red Sea.

We use Bar el-Mandeb as a departure point for Djibouti(11d 36.5'N
43d 07.5'E).

hh:mm:ss in UTC/GMT. Silicon Sea is a medium displacement sailing vessel, 40
Feet LOA. 38 Feet LWL; Cutter rigged. Looks a lot like a Mason. Can tack to
45d. Dist to Horizon: Nmi = SQRT HE@mtrs x 2.07; Nmi = SQRT HE@ft x
1.17. Water Tank = 60 gal(Imp.). Fuel Tanks = 90 gal (Imp.).
