I'm not sure if the attached books have been circulated in this forum, but they might be of interest.
The circular slide rules, although not as widespread as the linear type, weren't a rarity. In fact, some of the first slide rules ever fabricated were circular. Well established brands like Halden, Fowler, Faber-Castell, Aristo, Gilson & Scientific Instruments Co., some more than others, all were producing slide rules of this format.
