Seems that this question has been kicked around some of late. Speaking personally only, I don't see a whole lot of difference between Assumed Position and Trial Position or any other alternatives. It all boils down to the following, doesn't it? I think this is reasonably close to where I am so for starters, these are the numbers I will use.
