Tony- I'm glad to see you got the same response that I got from the same fellow.From a publishing point of view, I can't see any reason to keep two chapters (29 & 30) both under the same name and title simply because one no longer exists. There are automatic tools that will walk a web site, and an Acrobat file, and look for broken links and such. I can only think that no one at NIMA was "able" to spend a couple of hours cleaning up the project, for whatever reason.
