A-10 Replacement Bubble Cell

I am almost done repairing an A-10 sextant (thanks to Bill Morris for an outstanding effort in compiling his manual), but the capillary tube in the bubble cell is completely blocked and has resisted all efforts to clear it.
Does anyone know of a source for a replacement cell?
