For your reference, and anyone else's, you can turn email delivery of individual messages on and off for any period of time and set up delivery of digests etc. using the "NavList Member Preferences and Settings" page here: http://www.fer3.com/arc/memsettings.aspx.
You will need your "posting code" to make changes. This is the same code that you use to post through the main NavList message boards. If you don't know your posting code, you can get it here:
http://www.fer3.com/arc/postcode.aspx.

And you can also email (off-list please) and I would be happy to make any changes by hand for any NavList member (email: FrankReed[at]HistoricalAtlas.com).
