Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 5 from 12:00 noon EST to 18:00 EST (17h-23h UTC), the NavList message boards and services by email will be unavailable while we transfer to new servers. Please refrain from posting messages during that time period. This transition will involve a "DNS" change, which "propagates" through the Internet and can take up to 24 hours, though in my recent experience, it usually propagates widely in under one hour. After the change, there will be NO other changes (same addresses for web site, emails, etc.). We may temporarily be missing one or two small features but only for a few days.
