FYI, everything seems to be back to normal. There appears to have been some server bottleneck that delayed message for hours and hours at "freelists.org" --the site that handles email distribution of NavList messages. Normal time to delivery is about two minutes. Feel free to contact me if you see any other anomalies (email me off-list at FrankReed[at]HistoricalAtlas.com).
