It looks like the outage involving 'freelists.org' is over or mostly over. I got a reply from the owner of that site, and he confirms that it lasted about 36 hours but it now appears to be over. Please have a look at the NavList message boards at http://fer3.com/NavList if you sent any messages in the past 48 hours. Make sure that anything you sent is present. If not, just re-send it.
