The short discussion on negative altitudes and my
reference to the Air Almanac and HO 249 prompts me to ask the following
questions:
1. Is anyone still using the Air Almanac? Has
there been any discussion pertaining to discontinuing it?
2. Is anyone still using celestial for air
navigation?
