    At .01′ precision, my program shows a variation in separation angle no
    greater than one count in the last digit for a 1′ change in latitude or
    longitude, or 1000 feet in height. (Alex didn't say his height, so I
    guessed 500 feet.)
    
    MICA's delta T is .5 second too great, but after I applied corrections
    the separation angle changed a trivial .01′.

    I bet you selected geocentric origin in MICA. It's easy to overlook that
