Byron:Good and important question, but I did not place an extra check on rates.
I should have check to see if there was a noticeable change.
We were in port for a while, a few weeks or so.
One more thing about these high priced clocks, they actually
were bad time keepers with seconds lost or gained a day.
The average daily rate predictions made them not to bad to work with.
