I am getting 13* measure for the Jupiter Luner. If the Moon and Jupiter are observed as a negative altitude then the position of 45*N 105*W won't fit. The altitudes are positive for UT 0200.
The space station obits can be checked at:

This will provide at least one accurate line of position. The orbit I chose has the space station in a good fit at UT 00:44:30 at Lat. 39* 25' N Lon. 64* 50' W. (see links)
