if one uses the rule that on a circle with radius 573 units leads to 1°=10 units
a very accurate result in theory within less than 2', but few can be that accurate without good tools and stable platform...
actually radius should be closer to 57,2957795 units, measuring to half millimetre is hard enough for most on land in a boat, forget to 1/10 or better.
