But considering the coarseness of prediction of the variation data, I don't think that you could do that and have any assurance that you will even come close to the destination, even disregarding the normal degradation of the position due to dead reckoning. In flight navigation the commonly accepted uncertainty in DR is 10% of the distance flown so you can expect an uncertainty of almost 400 NM on this flight.
