I cracked open my new Dutton's and on page 254 (15th edition) they
talk about System to Estimate Latitude and Longitude Astronomically. Thinking
that my government should be sharing such information I Googled it and turned up
this page:
The referenced web site in this document is password protected. I don't
think this software has the recipe for any nuclear bomb or orbital references to
top secret satellites, therefore we should be able to use it.
Has anyone seen or used it? Can we taxpayers take advantage of our
governments resources?
