That appears to be an early version of what is known today as the "Astra" sextant, which is manufactured in China and sold by Celestaire of Kansas. Before Celestaire became the primary seller of these sextants, a couple of other companies were selling them under their own labels. Luna was apparently one of these small brands in the early 1980s. They're very good instruments. Among my five sextants (and one wooden octant c.1840), I own a more recent Astra and I use it often.
