Sorry, list; and especially to Jim. Please ignore my earlier comments, in navlist 3605, about his proposal, which I had completely misunderstood, as a result of not reading it carefully enough. I had missed that he was proposing to measure lunar distances, and took it instead that his suggestion was to compare errors in altitude observations with their true values. That made my comments completely irrelevant. Please forget them.
