    If I did not misread the attached text, the author proposes as quasi-fix the point of intersection of the Sumner line and the azimuth:
    This is a point very very close to the Intercept point in the Marcq Saint Hilaire LoP.

    Does anyone have the whole document? I have a curiosity to read it.
