Dan- They should be available at any "repository library". The US has a "federal repository" program where major libraries are sent all sorts of official publications to be kept in archives 'forever' and I'd expect the almanacs to qualify. Large, old, university and research libraries are the best choice to look first. And then of course, if you want to visit DC the Library of Congress has amazing resources, some available only on advance request.
