I'm disappointed that I didn't see it, either. But then - I have seen my fair share of "shooting stars", eclipses and other amazing celestial phenomena.

I have a friend who is really into computers. Building them, taking them apart, installing software, troubleshooting problems - he loves it. He's constantly working on them. After I told him about some of the things I've seen in the sky, he said he has never seen anything like that ... but wished very much that he could. I told him that if he wants to see something in the sky, it helps to go outside and look up every once in a while. ;)
