There doesn't seem to be a free online video of Celestial Navigation Simplified by W. F. Buckley 48 minutes. There were a few one month free video offers which required a sign up. Amazon has a used DVD for $15. I would only recommend the video if Pub 249 is to be your primary means of sight reduction.
It's a long shot but your local library just might have it.
