Tony, if these parts are the same as those used by Cassens & Plath, the latter is still very much in business and can supply parts directly. Otherwise you might be able to have the glass replaced by Tiffen Optical, an optical filter manufacturer located in Port Washington NY last time I knew. Since they make a variety of camera lens filters and other specialty filters, they probably have the round glass blank available for you in a variety of sizes and colors. A local optician (any eyeglass place) can also temporarily make you up a "plano" lens blank (i.e. no prescription in it) and then dip it in a neutral dye to make it darker, green, gray, etc, as you please. Probably $20 to do that and it would give you a functional optical quality shade glass.
