    Here is a table for Motion Of the Observer correction for 18 knots and 5
    minutes.
    
    The first row is the relative azimuth for bodies ahead of the beam and
    the sign is plus (+)
    
    The second row is the size of the correction in minutes of arc. At 18
    knots the maximum correction, which is for bodies straight ahead or
    straight behind, for a 5 minute period is 1.5'. The correction is always
    zero for bodies exactly on the beam.
    
    The third row is the relative azimuth for bodies abaft the beam and the
    sign is minus (-).
