Cel nav and the armed forces

It has been well documented for a number of years that the US Navy reintroduced celestial navigation training for would be navigators. What is not clear to me is whether other countries have similarly done so, nor is it clear if the US airforce has done so. I'd be particularly interested to know if the Chinese navy uses cel nav. Anyone know?
