Attached file shows the device. The booklet is the instruction manual. Red scale is on a transparent, rotatable overlay. The other side is similar with a stereographic projection. Does coordinate transformations with star finder accuracy. (I seem to recall trying to make one these, but haven't been through the files yet.)
