Hello Spence. Welcome! You wrote: "Frank, I'm new here and tried to access Paul's message, no luck. How do I get specific messages?" It was a message with the subject "Re: Mars Tables" from Paul Hirose. If you've been signed up for more than 48 hours, and if you're receiving list messages by email, you should have a copy of it. If you're reading the messages through the google interface, you will see no problem since that's a web page. So there's no misunderstanding, there is nothing "wrong" with this message. I am only pointing it out so people can test whether their email readers are able to handle slightly more exotic character set issues. If you see Greek characters in the equations near the end of the post, your email reader is clever. Many readers right now do not handle these well, but I expect this situation will improve significantly in the next year or two. Spence, I see that you are in Groton. I imagine you must have heard about the Navigation Weekend at Mystic Seaport (starting tomorrow) but if by some chance you have not, read here: http://www.fer3.com/Mystic2008 . -FER --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Navigation List archive: www.fer3.com/arc To post, email NavList@fer3.com To , email NavList-@fer3.com -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
