Andrew, just a tiny detail, if I was in your situation I would let the crystal "age" by letting ocillator run for a minimum of 6 months BEFORE trying to rate it, this as they tend to need some "breaking in" before the frequency stabilizes.
This is done with lab grade oscillators used as standards when working on high end Radio gear, As this is same material used at lower frequencies I suspect procedure should be the same, difference can be surprizingly large.
