    Hello!

    When selecting the value for the LAN altitude I (voluntarily)  decided to use a half-sum the the two available samples - basing that decision on the fact that the second sample was after the LAN when was still rising (because of the MoO+MoB).

    I wonder how good was that decision.

    Also I notice that the Δt formula from the Wilson's article results in slightly different value for the LAN, off by ~6 seconds from the purely-graphical solution.

    Frank, could you please tell us the "true" values from your model of the situation?
