    You can't descend to 1,000 feet because then you will be down in the haze with very limited visibility and will still not be able to see far enough to see the horizon for a sunrise observation or to use a marine sextant and you will have clouds above you preventing you from taking any observation.

    Not quick , possibly 1in below Blue-white shift . Aircraft too high , descend to 1,000 ft .
