    That took some time, but here are the PS files.
    The second line of the scripts partcylcos.ps og partcylcot.ps
    
    /w 6.691 inch def
    and
    /w 7.186 inch def
    
    sets the width of the scale from the 0 tag, to the right side in inches
    (could be printer dependent). These would be the circumferences and can be
    slightly altered individually without messing up the scales. The scale
    lengths are fixed, you just show more or less of them.
    
    On linux you can use ps2pdf to convert it to pdf, all three files should
    be in the same folder.
    On windows I guess something like PStill would do the trick.

    I have not gotten around to look at reversing the numbering.
    Just to make sure, the reverse scale will be symmetrical so that 1-89 are
    also marked 179-91 with reversed minutes below the scale ?
